Liquid Health Prenatal Multi contains folate.
Folic acid found in many liquid prenatal vitamins is not natural. It must be converted to folate in the liver for the body to utilize this important nutrient. Folic acid is the synthetic, less bioavailable form of folate. Almost all multivitamins and prenatal supplements use the synthetic form of folic acid. However, our brand of liquid prenatal vitamins and supplement is different. Read the label carefully to see if you are getting true folate or synthetic folic acid. Liquid Health Prenatal Multi uses only 100% organic certified lemon-peel extract, which is a whole food source of folate. Nature knows best when it comes to nutrition. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has recommended that all women of childbearing age consume at least 400 mcg of folic acid daily to reduce their risk of having a pregnancy affected by spina bifida or other neural tube defects. Liquid Health Prenatal Multi delivers twice this recommendation: 800 mcg!
Liquid Health Prenatal Complete Multiple is specifically designed to address all nutritional needs of women before, during, and after pregnancy by supporting Mom and Baby’s well-being at the cellular level with an all-inclusive profile of full-spectrum natural elements in liquid form. New comprehensive formula updated with bioavailable methyl-folate and ultra-gentle iron from SunActive® Iron. Great tasting and naturally sugar free.

5 star worthy!
This is my first liquid prenatal vitamin ever, wish I was taking this with my first pregnancy/nursing. I’m very happy with all the ingredients, I’ve been looking for an organic whole food based vitamin that wouldn’t break the bank and stumbled across this. I’ve read liquid vitamins are better absorbed by the body and I am very happy with this liquid prenatal. Definitely will order again!!!

Great for absorption and tastes non revolting too
Great for absorption and tastes non revolting too! I can’t take pills and gummy vitamins were totally ineffective so this has been a lifesaver for me through the years of pregnancy/nursing!

This is the best product on the market of its kind
I’ve been taking this product before, during, and after my first baby at age 40. I believe it contributed to my ability to conceive and have a healthy baby girl who is now thriving on a breast milk-only diet. This is the best product on the market of its kind.

took some getting used to, but now my top choice
I really wanted to like this product the first time I used it based on its ingredients and bioavailability. (I’ve always been skeptical about multivitamin absorption, and this seems more like concentrated food nutrients than lab-produced supplements). However, I had so much morning sickness that I couldn’t tell whether I liked it or not with my first 2 bottles. I agree with reviews that the taste is difficult–way too sweet for me. At first I could not find anything to dilute it with that made it tolerable. Now that my pregnancy is over and I am taking it while breastfeeding, I have finally found a way to enjoy it! All I do is dilute it with about 4:1 ratio room temp filtered water to liquid vitamin. Seriously, that’s all. I think the stuff tastes a lot better not cold and just weakened a little bit. After that, it actually tastes good to me as well as for me. I’ve also experienced the crystallization another reviewer mentioned. I can hear it when I shake the bottle, but don’t notice it when drinking so haven’t worried about it.

This is always my go to pre/postnatal vitamin. Thankful ...
This is always my go to pre/postnatal vitamin. Thankful for the double seal of protection. One on the top to prevent tampering and the second on the actual opening. This is the first time the inner seal was partially separated.
