Works for me ! Doesn't taste bad.
I had a real bad problem with my hands. It felt like I had arthritis. I had problems moving my fingers because they were very stiff. I had to rub my fingers and entire hand to get them to work properly every morning. I did some research on the internet about my problem. I read somewhere that my problem was due to low B12. I ordered this liquid vitamin because it had a high dose of B12. About a week later, I saw improvement in my fingers. They were not as stiff. A month later, the problem was completely gone. My fingers and hands had no more stiffness at all. After 6 months of using this product, I no longer use it every day. Maybe once or twice a week. I’ve had no more problems with stiffness. I also noticed that my hair started growing a lot faster than normal. I don’t know if this product will work the same for anyone else the way it has worked for me, but I will continue to use as long as I can.

Taste like cherries and easy to swallow
Surprised it tastes like cherries. Easy measured dropper. I want all my vitamins, etc.,to be like this. In fact, I’m going to look into it 🧐

It's difficult for me to determine if it is effective.
I have tried various B-12 products over the years. At first, I didn’t know Methylcobalamin was the most absorbable form and best to use so I was using whatever I’d see on sale. Once I learned I should be getting only that type, I began to buy it in that form. Over the years, I’ve read that many people need B-12 supplementation and since I was tested years ago and found to be so low I required shots to be taken for quite a long time to build it back up, I thought after the shots stopped it would be smart to continue with OTC supplementation, but there really wasn’t any direction given to me from my doctor’s office in what to buy.
The problem was the B-12 products I was trying didn’t seem to be helping me. The lozenges didn’t seem to dissolve easily and the sprays didn’t seem to be any more effective than the lozenges. For a time, I stopped supplementing and then I would read another article stating the importance of it and would again be on the search for a good product that would work.
At some point, I discovered this brand and began taking it. I liked that it was liquid and had good ingredients in it and it was sold in 2 ounces which meant it would last longer. I also liked that it had aloe vera in it and no added sugar. I’d say in taste it has been much better than anything else I’ve tried. Plus, this isn’t my first bottle of it. I’ve been using it regularly for quite some time. The problem I’m having is knowing if it is actually effective. I do believe it is a good formula, contains the right type of B-12 and other good ingredients and it has a good flavor. Now, I need to find out if it’s doing the job by getting some blood work completed. I conclude by saying, if you know you need B-12 and it works when you take it, then I think you are making a good choice with this formula because of the good ingredients.
